Liz has created murals for many schools, offices, museums and libraries in Australia and UK. Some have their own pages here on this website. Others (please keep scrolling) include:
"There is nothing quite as exciting as painting on somebody's blank wall. It feels a little bit like you might be told off, but they are paying you to do it!"
Archival quality prints of maps and more illustrations can be purchased from Liz's shop
Right and below: New Lambton Heights Primary School
The school wanted a mural to show regular routes to school, history and include wildlife regularly seen, after-school fun and favourite places all set within a navigable map. This gave sense of place and enabled older students to help new and younger ones find their way.

ABC Radio Newcastle
Staff, celebrities, interviwers and interviewees all come through reception at ABC Radio Newcastle. So where better place for a mural celebrating the Frequency area - from Upper Hunter to Ocean beaches.

Newcastle Library Digital Story Wall
Newcastle, NSW's $400,000 DigiLab, (co-funded through the City of Newcastle’s works program and an $85,000 Metropolitan Public Library Grant from State Library of NSW), opened in 2021 featuring an 8 metre-wide Digital Storywall. DigiLab enables the City to preserve hundreds of thousands of archival records, photographs, maps, pictures, newspapers and rare books, which document the story of Newcastle and the Hunter Region.
Liz was commisioned to create the massive map design that spans banks of digital screens. Interactive icons highlight each Newcastle suburb and lead viewers into the archives. Do you know Newcastle? Take the QUIZ!

National Stone Centre - Sandstone Quarry Mural, High Peak Trail, Derbyshire UK
Created in collaboration with two neighbouring primary schools, this mural is a visual story about the geology, processes and products associated with nearby Dene Quarry. It is sited in the museum cafe.

Rocks By Rail a volunteer museum with a passion for locomotives. Liz designed their visitor information including map tour.

Hawthorn School, UK
Imagine a flock of seagulls flying over your school. Now imagine the ceilings have all disappeared. You can see the sky and the birds can see you. They can see who is getting out the sports equipment, somebody in the sick bay, the headteacher snoozing at their desk and games in the pool. Created as a wall poster.
